Graeme Anfinson at Left in East Dakota has tagged this blog with the Thinking Blogger Award. I'm honored, of course.
Here are the rules-
Should you choose to participate, please make sure you pass this list of rules to the blogs you are tagging.
1. If, and only if, you get tagged, write a post with links to 5 blogs that make you think,
2. Link to this post so that people can easily find the exact origin of the meme,
3. Optional: Proudly display the ‘Thinking Blogger Award’ with a link to the post that you wrote.
Without further adieu, here are five blogs that make me think, consider yourselves tagged:
Axial Tilt When John approaches a problem, he's careful and thorough. When he gets excited about a discovery or advancement, it's worthy. He's a thinker, and a blogger, and I wish he'd do the later more frequently.
Bex Huff This is another friend of mine. Programmer, author, hacker, and one of the few people who given resources scares even me with his penchant for anarchy. His blog is a treasure trove of resources for programming and DIY Internet tools as well as a few really good finds.
Success Warrior He's been thinking about his finances so thoroughly that he's created a common sense blade to slice through the layers and layers of unhealthy oppression masked as consumer credit. This blade is soon to become a book and an instruction set for those who want to live debt free.
Ravings of a Semi-Sane Madwoman I know I heap praise upon Rose whenever the subject of thoughtful, well-written blogs come up, but dammit she deserves it. Now go over and read what she writes because it's always pertinent and if anyone is constantly thinking, it's her.
The Angry Young Man Hidden in his rants you'll find a biting commentary written in tight prose of our own society's infatuations. It's where I often find out how the Boomers have destroyed yet another bright light of our future leaving us further in darkness.
Enjoy the challenge folks. Thanks Graeme.
rick, ninja surfing.

holy (so to speak) smokes. i'm humbled.
like i said, if you're ever in my hood, beverages are on me!
(p.s. i don't 'think' so much as ramble and rant and foam at the mouth).

I'm honored.
I started my blog as a simple journal just to track my progress but the more I read about money and how it's used to trap people, the more I feel it needs to be pointed out. The media isn't doing it so it's up to us to pass the word ourselves.
Thanks.

Ninja surfing? You're reading these blogs with a blindfold on? No wonder I made it on the list. =)

Graeme,
I agree. I went from one thinking blog to another and have spent much of the morning reading great blogs.

There are a lot of them out there. Great Blogs I mean. It's a bit hard to stand out in the crowd.

well now... I guess I'll have to link to a few other sites like John did.
Is this the Web 2.0 version of an email chain letter?
Thanks!
